Match Ticket Terms & Conditions
1.This ticket is issued and sold subject to the rules and regulations of the
Football Association and the Football League, the Club's ground regulations
and the club's match ticket/membership conditions.
2.This ticket is not to be resold and is only valid if presented complete.
3.Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged, this applies to all purchases.
4. It is the responsibility of the supporter to check for any fixture changes or amendments.
5.Free or reduced admission to replays of abandoned games. If a match is abandoned after spectators are admitted to the ground but before kick-off, ticket holders are entitled to free admission to the rearranged match. If a match is abandoned after kick-off spectators are entitled to half price admission to the rearranged match.
6. Fans who forget their match tickets on the day of the game, must pay a non refundable administration charge of £5 per seat for a replacement ticket. Replacement tickets will only be issued if the original tickets have not been used.
7.We accept most major credit cards. However, we are currently unable to
accept American Express. There is a £1.50 booking fee per ticket.
Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Members Club Cards and documentation are not transferable and are only valid when used by the person in whose name they are registered.
2. Members Club Cards remain the property of Leeds United ("the Club") at all times. No membership card should be defaced, altered or otherwise tampered with in any way whatsoever.
3. In the event that in the opinion of the Club any holder of a Members Club Card
(i) fails to comply with both the letter and the spirit of these conditions of
membership or of any amended versions thereof and/or
(ii) fails to comply with all
the ticket and/or ground regulations in relation to any match played at Elland Road
or in any other football stadium, then the Club shall be entitled to its own unfettered
discretion either to suspend for whatever period the Club sees fit or to withdraw the
membership of that member and upon such suspension or withdrawal of membership that the
member shall forthwith return the Members Club Card to Leeds United.
(iii) Persistent standing in seated areas whilst play is in progress is strictly forbidden
and could result in ejection from the ground, which may lead to possible further action
by the Club. No refunds will be issued.
4. All members shall do everything within their power to protect and enhance the good name of the Club and it's fans.
5. Membership does not guarantee home or away tickets.
6. Tickets or Membership cannot be refunded or exchanged.
7. Strictly one ticket (if available) per membership card for away games, priority booking period for home League games.
8. The Club has the right by written notice to amend any or all terms and conditions of membership at any time.
9. All memberships are valid for the 2008/09 season only. (Expires 30th June 2009).
10. Members may buy two tickets for the Family Area, this must consist of a child under 16.
11. The member agrees that he/she will not, under any circumstances, sell, loan, give or howsoever
otherwise provide his/her membership cards to another individual (the "Borrower"). If the member
breaches this clause he/she may have his/her membership withdrawn. Further, the member shall be
held responsible for the conduct of the Borrower as if the member himself/herself carried out the
(mis) conduct of the Borrower at the relevant time. In this way the member may have his/her
membership confiscated and may be refused entry to the stadium for a fixed period of time at
the Club's discretion.
12. All season ticket holders are automatically enrolled into the Members Club.
13. A charge of £10 must be paid to supply a replacement/duplicate card.
14. Junior members must be under 16 on 1.8.08. Proof of age is required.
15. This membership offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
16. We regret that we cannot supply back copies of Leeds, Leeds, Leeds. (Adults only)
17. In the event of any adult Members wishing to purchase away tickets, proof of address will be required.(bank statement, utility bill, etc) Any Members who change their address will need to re-submit proof.
No away tickets will be processed if proof of address has not been received by Ticket Services.

Ground Regulations
1.The Club Management reserves the right of admission to the Ground. On no account will admission be granted to a person who is the subject of a current exclusion order.
2.All matches will be played in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Football Association, The Football League, the FA Premier League and the laws of the game.
3.Play cannot be guaranteed to take place on any particular day or at any particular time, and the Club Management reserves the right to change
its advertised fixtures without notice and liability.
4.In the event of the match being postponed or abandoned, any refund of the admission charge will be at the sole discretion of the Club Management.
This is subject to a time limitation, the details of which are obtainable
from the Club Ticket Office. Persons entering the ground are advised to
retain their ticket stub, as this may be required to produce at a later date.
5.The Club Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the Ground
or to eject from the Ground, any person who refuses to be searched by any
servant or agent of the Club or any Police Officer.
6.Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, air horns, knives, bottles, glasses, cans, poles, and any articles that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety are not permitted within the Ground.
7.The following are offences under the Football (offences) Act 1991 and are strictly forbidden.
a) The throwing of objects within the Ground.
b) The use of foul and abusive language, obscene chanting or racial abuse towards any person.
c) Unauthorised entry onto the Field of Play or the surrounding track,
except in an emergency.
8.The moving from one area of the Ground to another without permission of a Steward, Police Officer or other authorised agent of the Club is strictly forbidden.
9.Persons issued with a ticket for a special seat must occupy that seat unless otherwise instructed by a Steward or other authorised agent of the Club. Standing in seated areas whilst play is in progress is strictly forbidden.
10.The obstruction of gangways, access ways, exits and entrances, stairways and like places are strictly forbidden.
11.The climbing of stands or any other structures within the Ground is strictly forbidden.
12.Unnecessary noise such as that from the use or radio sets and behaviour likely to cause confusion or annoyance to any person is not permitted in any part of the Ground.
13.The consumption of intoxicating liquors is permitted only in place
authorised in accordance with The Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985.
14.Any person attempting to gain admission to or being found within a section of the Ground designated for members only without the appropriate authorisation may be ejected from the Ground.
15.With the exception of persons authorised by the Club Management and press representatives holding official passes, the taking of photographs or use of video equipment inside the ground is prohibited. In addition to, no recording for Radio, Television or for private purposes, whether for transmission or otherwise is permitted except with special authorisation in writing by the Club Management.
16.Only persons specifically authorised in writing by the Club Management are permitted to offer for sale or distribute within the Ground or on Club Property any newspaper or other article.
17.Any person found damaging or defacing property of the Club will be
prosecuted.
18.Any person failing to comply with instructions from a Steward, Police Officer or other authorised agent of the Club will be ejected from the Ground.
19.Ground Regulations are amended from time to time by the Football Association, any amendments will be displayed around the Ground.
20. Persistent standing in seated areas whilst play is in progress is strictly forbidden, and could result in ejection from the ground, which may lead to possible further action by the club including, but not limited to, the withdraw of any season ticket and other benefits.
21. Elland Road is a no-smoking stadium, therefore smoking is strictly forbidden.
22. All spectators are reminded that abusive behaviour in whatever form towards employees and representatives from Leeds United Football Club will not be tolerated. Any individual found to have carried out or incited such behaviour will be ejected from the stadium. The Club reserves the right to take further action including a ban on future entry at its own discretion.
